Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping

Most orders will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days. I ship from the US via USPS priority mail. Shipping time varies but usually takes 1-3 days. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment.

International orders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. International customers are responsible for any additional fees, charges or taxes. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

These are estimates based on average shipping times provided by the USPS. Packages can be delayed and could take longer to arrive. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or undeliverable packages. Once the package is with the postal service, it is their responsibility. Please contact the USPS for any lost, stolen, delayed or undeliverable packages. No refunds will be given for lost, stolen, delayed or undeliverable packages.

Each item package is carefully, by me. Once it leaves my studio, I am not responsible for packages damaged by the USPS.

Shipping labels will be created through PayPal. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT! Making sure the shipping address is correct is the responsibility of the customer. I will not be held responsible if the shipment is sent to an incorrect or outdated address. 

Returns

If there is an issue with your item, The Copper Newt needs to be notified within 48 hour of you receiving your package. Any items that have been altered/damaged by a customer are ineligible for shop credit/refund. ALL REFUNDS ARE AT THE  DISCRETION OF THE COPPER NEWT. In most cases, shop credit will be awarded if the item is unaltered and the customer sends the item back in a timely manner (48 hrs). Customer is responsible for return shipping including sending a tracking number to verify that it was sent. Items must be packed with the same integrity that they were sent, and customer assumes responsibility for all shipping charges if they choose to return an item- initial shipping as well as return shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.

Refunds/shop credit will not be issued based on buyer’s remorse- NO EXCEPTIONS. Please consider your purchases thoroughly.
